the finest in classic jazz, sophisticated swing and spicy Latin
music.
Simply Swing has played for clients

You will hear a selection of songs
evoking nostalgic glimpses of a more glamorous past from the
repertoire of the classic American songbook made popular by Frank
Sinatra and The Rat Pack, Ella Fitzgerald, Nat ‘King’Cole, Fred
Astaire, Nina Simone and more recently Michael Bublé, Norah Jones
and Jamie Cullum - a genre of music that is timeless and
everlasting; cool and current.
The members of this London-based band
comprise the country’s most renowned musicians whose touring and
studio credits include: Shirley Bassey, Kylie Minogue, Chaka Khan,
Elaine Paige, George Benson, Incognito, Neil Sedaka, Michael Ball,
The London Symphony Orchestra & BBC Radio Big Band.
Simply Swing's line-up ranges from an
intimate Trio ensemble of keyboard, double bass and drums, up to a
6-piece band with additional vocals, saxophone and guitar. In their
fuller format, the ensemble can adjust their pace and prominence to
suit the mood of your event. The reduced line-up is ideal for subtle
and atmospheric background jazz.
As well as providing CD's to play between sets, Simply Swing also
offers an Auto DJ Disco service whereby after the live sets of music
end we "put the records on for you" to keep the party going.
