Latin/Brazilian show encompassing both music and dance. We pride
ourselves for being the first production to have introduced such an
innovative performance on the country’s burgeoning Latin
entertainment scene.

Influenced
by the very best in Latin and Brazilian entertainment, Tropicalia
presents a unique fusion of both genres in producing a vibrant
routine. A Latin/Brazilian performance to catch the attention with
traditional music, dance choreography and costumes. Highly
experienced musicians and dynamic female performers combine their
artistic talents with a passion that captures the essence of
professionalism.
Tropicalia is fronted by Brazilian lead singer and dancer together
with two other vocalists and dancers. The trio sing comfortably in
Portuguese, Spanish and English as they dance the Latin grooves to
such mesmerising effect that the audience are given a taste of what
the Rio de Janeiro Carnival or Havana de Cuba club scene has to
offer. Tropicalia transforms to demands though, and the basic show
can be extended to a bigger scale with up to 20 members available to
perform in bigger productions.

We find it impossible to select a favourite show. They are all so
specific and beautiful. The colour, passion and fun on stage are
reflected by the happiness, participation and celebration of the
audience. But tastes vary, and for those who prefer a quiet night of
romanticism and melancholy our Latin Jazz quartet provides an option
second to none.
 Our
wide repertoire accurately reflects the cultural nature of our
shows. It includes the finest selection of Latin and Brazilian tunes
re-arranged to give a touch of originality and own style;
Sophisticated Latin jazz and Brazilian bossa nova (ideal as dinner
set), salsa, rumba, cha cha, samba, lambada,samba-funk, samba-reggae
and contemporary Latin chart.
Tropicalia was also conceived with the intent of divulge the Latin
music culture. We can organise Latin and Brazilian percussion
workshop for university, public and private colleges. The seminars
are open to people of any age.
