ANITA KELSEY - Vocals
MOBO winner, # 1 chart-topper and BMG in-house songwriter, Anita is
best known for her work with D*Note and Sunship. Her involvement
with the club scene has seen her collaborating with the industry's
most respected and cutting-edge producer/DJ's such as Paul Oakenfold,
Signum, Riva, Tiesto, PMT, Meat Katie and Rui Da Silva amongst
others. Anita's versatility has also led to work on Walt Disney's
Merlin, Bring Me The Head of Mavis Davis, and the cult sci-fi
classic film Dark City. Backing vocal credits include The Spice
Girls, Bill Wyman, Boy George, Alice Deejay, Bond, Alison Limerick,
Sybil, Russell Watson and Bo Selecta!
SIMON GREEN - Vocals
A recording artist with Groovefinder and Soulfuric Records, Simon
Green is a singer to be reckoned with. He is also in great demand as
a backing vocalist, having honed his skills with the likes of Chaka
Khan, Jools Holland, A Tribe Called Quest, Heaven 17, Sybil and
Russell Watson.
JOHN MCKENZIE - Bass
Bass - The Final Frontier!!! John is at the forefront of electric
bass-playing, having toured and recorded with countless artists, be
it recording with David Bowie or concerts with Tina Turner and
Shakira, John's playing has graced many hit records and rumbled on
arena, stadium, and concert hall stages across the world. He's been
heavily involved in dance music, having worked on records with Danny
Tenaglia, Farley and Heller, and as the bassist with Seal and
Everything But The Girl.
GORDON HULBERT - Keyboards
Gordon Hulbert is a producer/writer/musician who runs his own
production company in Notting Hill, London. His playing, production
and writing credits include Chaka Khan, Anastacia, Gabrielle,
Damage, Cleopatra, Alison Limerick, Heatwave, Imagination, Odyssey,
Billie Myers, Hugh Masekela and Salif Keita as well as having a long
track record of production and orchestration for TV, feature films,
albums and club releases.
ALEXIS CONTOURIS - Bass
An inspired groovster, Alexis has brought his great bass vibes to
the likes of Noel McCoy, Omar and Imagination
PAUL JONES - Drums
From Wembley arena supporting The Spice Girls to futuristic hip hop
dance act Spacek at the recent MTV awards, Don Blackman (Bootsy
Collins, George Clinton) etc to performing on Top Of the Pops with
dance act Modjo it becomes apparent just how versatile Paul's
drumming is and why so many acts are lining up to work with him.
Performing regularly with the house band at one of London's top
industry nights (The 10 Rooms) has also given him the chance to back
such acclaimed artists as Justin Timberlake, Macy Gray and The
Neptunes.
STEVE WALTERS - Bass
Former pupil of jazz legend Jaco Pastorius, Steve is establishing
himself as one of the new generation's bass legends. To hear him
groove effortlessly is to understand why such greats as George
Michael, Eric Clapton, M People, Beverly Knight, Rod Stewart, Jeff
Beck, The Pet Shop Boys, Marti Pellow and Belinda Carlisle give him
first call.
CHRIS NEWLAND - Guitar
The original guitarist on Arrow's seminal carnival anthem Hot, Hot,
Hot, Chris's undisputed skills and dynamism on stage have been in
demand from Madonna, Sister Sledge, Odyssey and many more. Like a
bit of lead guitar? Just try and stop him!!!
DAVE ITAL - Guitar
Currently on guitar duties with Craig David, Dave has appeared with
The Sugababes, Anita Baker, Beyonce Knowles, M People, Incognito,
Mica Paris, Jocelyn Brown, Beverley Knight and Gary Barlow to name
but a few.
MATT JOHNSON - Keyboards
Currently working with Jamiroquai, Matt's busy fingers have also
given great pleasure to Beverly Knight, Kim Mazelle, Kelly Le
Rock, Michelle Escofferey and Elishia Levern.
ANDY GANGADEEN - Drums
When he's not on some rigorous world tour or playing with his own
ground - breaking band 'The Bays' Andy can sometimes be found adding
his inimitable grooves to the Space Boogie collective! Credits from
Massive Attack to Jeff Beck (who, incidentally wrote the track Space
Boogie) and most everything in between.
