SQUARE are aware that corporate functions, awards dinners, balls and
big production shows can be notoriously difficult to coordinate, for
that reason we pride ourselves on working closely with event
coordinators and production managers. Rooms often have to be turned
around from their day use in double quick time with military
precision. We pride ourselves on our professional road crew who work
with the band members to ensure a safe and speedy set up.
After a long hard conference all week, our client's employees want
nothing more than to really 'let their hair down'. We have played
for numerous conferences and corporate dinners etc. over the years
both in the UK and abroad and are proud to cater specifically to
this type of party. Keep the dance floor packed all night long is
our motto!
MADISON SQUARE have been performing at weddings for many years and
they make up a very large part of our working year. Whether it be in
a small marquee at the end of a remote field or a high profile,
society wedding at The Dorchester we treat every client with the
same respect.
 We
appreciate that the lead up to the "big day" can be a very stressful
time and that's where we can help by liaising with coordinators,
banqueting managers, caterers, marquee companies and electrical
suppliers. Communication is paramount for the day's smooth running.
It can be daunting for a client with so much to think about, what
you have to remember is that we've all had extensive experience and
are there to make your life easier.
The first dance is very important to newly weds, something you'll
remember forever. If you want to use a CD of a song that means so
much to you both we have no problem with that and can play it
through our sound system. We will invite you to the dance floor,
introduce the track and you do the rest! The band will be in
position to go straight into our set once your song has finished.
Alternatively we can help select a song for you from our repertoire
or if you would like us to learn something specific we will be happy
to, if we are given enough notice prior to the event.

SQUARE supplies a full "top of the range, state of the art" sound
and lighting system, which is run by an experienced and professional
crew, enhancing the band's performance.
Additional services also include:
A "top" DJ who can play in between the band sets, keeping the party
going. This is a popular choice as it saves valuable space at the
venue. The DJ uses MADISON's own sound and lighting equipment, which
in turn uses less electrical power. However, most importantly, it
works out much cheaper for you, opposed to booking a DJ separately.
