What have they done before?

This extremely versatile 6-piece band features 3 vocalists (1 male and 2 female), keyboards, guitar, bass guitar, drums and saxophone. All the band members have
gained their experience playing in professional bands, orchestras and theatres in the UK and abroad. Individually, they have performed on television, at open-air festivals supporting the likes of Bjorn Again, as well as at countless private and corporate functions and at prestigious venues such as The Theatre Royal in the London West End, The Royal Albert Hall, The Birmingham Symphony Hall, The Royal Festival Hall and The Manchester Bridge Water Hall.

What sort of music do they play?

Pretty much anything you want! So Excited! can perform hits from the last 4 decades covering anything from Diana Ross and the Supremes to Abba, Tina Turner or Kylie Minogue! You can choose from a variety of styles of music such as Jazz, 50’s Rock’n’Roll, 60’s Motown and Soul, 70’s Disco, 80’s Pop or more current chart hits. It’s entirely up to you.

What will the band look like?

So Excited! take pride in how they look both on stage and when they arrive at your venue and they will always dress to suit the occasion. On stage, they can perform in black tie for the more formal corporate events, wear stage costumes inspired by the era of the music played or simply smart attire, whichever you prefer. The costumes add to the visuals of the show and are always very well received. The sparkly 60’s outfits inspired by Diana Ross and The Supremes are very popular, as are our 70’s disco-wear and contemporary outfits inspired by today’s chart celebrities.

What happens on the night?

So Excited! know how important it is for the audience to be warmed up before a live band takes centre stage. For this reason, the band will provide background musicbefore the show as well as pre-mixed dance music during band breaks to keep your guests on the dance floor. Where a first dance is required for a wedding,
So Excited! are happy to oblige.

What about sound and lighting?

So Excited! will take care of all equipment, both sound and lighting. They are an experienced professional show band and perform through a high quality 4K PA system and lighting so you don’t have to worry about hiring one out. The band always travels with an experienced sound engineer who will make sure the mix and quality of the sound is of a high standard.
