A
professional and talented traditional ceilidh band performing celtic,
Irish and Scottish music at parties, festivals, pubs, clubs, ceili
dancing, and functions and providing quality wedding reception and
corporate entertainment.
Wraggle Taggle perform at many
weddings with the ceremony, or providing a fun entertainment for the
reception.
Bandleader Mick Bailey said, "A ceilidh or barn dance is great way
to involve everyone and to get the families and guests meeting and
mixing. Wraggle Taggle are so popular that we get booked up well
over a year in advance so it's important for couples to include us
early in their plans."
"Wedding celebrations often continue for many hours. By the time the
reception starts, the guests have been on the go since early that
day.
Wraggle Taggle are like a huge injection of energy direct to the
heart of a wedding party.

Their caller, Nick Male, has a great
sense of fun, and develops a great rapport with the audience.
There is a tradition that the happy couple start the dancing with a
waltz though Wraggle Taggle never insist on this. Some couples ask
for a favorite romantic track to be played on CD for their first
dance. Other newlyweds do without the first dance and go straight in
to the ceilidh.
At the end of the evening, Wraggle Taggle often send off the happy
couple with a 'Tunnel of Love', 'Auld Lang Syne' or sometimes both
at the same time!
