Gospel choirs perform religious songs and non religious songs and given enough time they can learn virtually any song you request.

Ideally a minimum of four singers in a gospel choir is required for the dynamics of any song, this is made up of a tenor, alto, soprano and a lead vocalist to perform the melody line. (Additional singers will produce a more richer and fuller sound)

Gospel choirs can be hired on their own or can be accompanied by additional musicians such as a keyboard player or to a full live band.

At a wedding ceremony the gospel choir will perform up to six songs/hymns, these are usually performed as follows:

One song as the guests are being seated
One song as the bride walks down the aisle
Leading the guests with 2 hymns
One song while the bride and groom sign the register
And finally one song as the bride and groom walk back up the aisle

(This is an example of a typical Church wedding,but the choirs are happy to perfrom the songs as your require,giving you a truly bespoke occasion)

The Hot Butter Soul Collective (HBSC), is a contemporary London-based gospel choir, often featuring a human beatboxer (vocal percussionist), who can perform anything from traditional classics to modern covers. They can do this either with or without a PA.
