Now that the dust has settled since the Summer Ball was held, I wanted to write on behalf of the Ball Committee and the Sergeants Mess Members to extend our utmost graditude and thanks to Phil Jeanes and his colleagues Martin and Nigel for the 1st class service they provided at our Ball.
The service provided far exceeded our expectations, their energy and enthusiam in the preparation for the Ball was equalled by the truly sensational set-up they provided throughout the evening.
Indeed having Phil on board was equivalent to having an Event Manager on site! I cannot praise them enough for their first rate presentation, performance and professionalism.
Furthermore, I will ensure your details are passed onto my successor.
I would be grateful if you would pass on my sincere thanks to Phil and his team; without their contribution the evening would not have been such a huge success.
